Northridge Athletics

In 2021, Coach Croix joined the High School Varsity staff at Northridge. With over 17 years of coaching experience, Coach Croix Urcina has spent the past years, serving as a head basketball coach and skills trainer for the OTE travel program. Concurrent with OTE, Coach Croix spent ten years helping build a successful athletics program at Sacred Heart Schools in Chicago where he has coached basketball, flag football, and baseball. In 2018, Coach Croix was selected as the IBCA Coach-of-the-Year in the Middle School Division. 
 
In 2022, he was promoted to Sophomore Head Coach and is also the assistant manager of the International Student Program where he works with students and families from all over the world. Croix graduated from Driscoll Catholic High School and is currently completing the requirements for a B.A. in Business Administration and Management.

Coach Croix’s legacy is one of tireless dedication, skillful leadership, and a genuine passion for fostering both athletic and personal growth. His impact resonates not only in the realm of sports but also in the lives of countless individuals he has guided toward success.
